Nishyirimbere Theobard, popularly known as Carter Nation 250, is a young Rwandan photographer with a passion for capturing life’s moments through the lens.
His interest in photography began during high school, where he enjoyed participating in photo sessions with fellow students and friends. These experiences inspired him to pursue photography as a career. In 2022, Theobard officially began working as a professional photographer, specializing in street photography and wedding photography.
Through his work, he documents everyday life, celebrates special occasions, and tells meaningful
stories with his images. Theobard believes that photography is more than an art; it is a profession that can
transform lives and create opportunities for personal and economic growth. Through his dedication, he has achieved many of his goals, and he dreams of establishing his own photography studio in the future.
